RESOLUTION NO. 2551
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED TO
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN, FOREST SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe
5 Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of California,
6 as follows:

1) There has been submitted to the South Tahoe Public
8 Utility District Board of Directors at its regular meeting on this
9 date a Grant Deed to the United States of America, Forest Service,
10 Department of Agriculture, for the real property shown as
11 Exhibit A, attachet hereto, incorporated herein, and made a
13
12 part of this Resolution.
2) The Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public Utility
14 District authorizes the Chairman of the Board of Directors of
15 South Tahoe Public Utility District to execute said Grant Deed
16 on behalf of South Tahoe Public Utility District and the Clerk
18
17 of the Board to attest to the Chairman's signature.
3) When the Grant Deed is fully executed and
19 acknowledged, the Clerk of the Board of Directors is authorized
20 to record the same with the County Recorder of El Dorado County
21 in the Official Records of E1 Dorado County.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board
23 of Directors of South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 1st
24 day of July, 1991, by the following vote:

WE, South Tahoe Public Utility District, a local agency of the State of
Cal ifornla, for and In consideration therefore of an equal value of United
States land as agreed upon with the Secretary of Agriculture, pursuant to the
Act of March 20, 1922 (42 Stat. 465; 16 U.S.C. 485), as amended by the Act of .
February 28, 1925 (43 Stat. 1090; 16 U.S.C. 486), the Act of June 1, 1960 (74
Stat. 205; 5 U.S.C. 511), the Act of October 21, 1976 (90 Stat. 2743; 43 U.S.C.
1716), and the FEderal land Exchange Faci I itatlon Act of 1988 (102 Stat. 1086),
hereby grant and convey unto the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and its assigns, that
certain real property situate in the County of EI Dorado, State of Cal ifornia,
more particularly described as fol lows:

17, Township 11 North, Range 18 East, M.D.M., more particularly

Commencing at the Southwest corner of lot 82, Grass lake Creek
Subdivision, Unit No.2, as recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of EI Dorado County in Book "c" of maps at page 59, document
No. 12548, said corner being a point on the East right-of-way I ine of
Grass lake Road; thence along said right-of-way I ine South 210 15'
West 96.89 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
East having a central angle of 220 53' 05", a radius of 122.00 feet;
thence along said curve an arc length of 48.73 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said right-of-way I ine along a
tangent curve concave to the East having a central angle of 050 39'
18", a radius of 122.00 feet, an arc length of 12.04 feet; thence
leaving said right-of-way East 442.43 feet; thence North 12.00 feet;
