RESOLUTION NO. 2527
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
OVERRULING PROTESTS WITH RESPECT TO
FALLEN LEAF LAKE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1990-1
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors (the "Board") of
the South Tahoe Public Utility District (the "District"), County
of El Dorado, State of California, as follows:
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1990, this Board adopted Resolution
No. 2517, A Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and
Improvements;
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing protests in
relation to said proposed acquisitions and improvements was duly
~ given and all written protests and other written communications
were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be
heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the South Tahoe Public Utility District that:
1. Protests against said acquisitions and improvements,
and/or matters related thereto, were not signed and duly filed by
the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands within
the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the
assessment district assessed for the costs and expenses of said
acquisitions and improvements,
2, Said protests, and each of them, are overruled.
