RESOLUTION NO. 250~
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AMENDING THE MODEL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE AND
AUTHORIZING THE AMENDED FILING THEREOF WITH THE
EL DORADO COUNTY CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe
Public Utility District as follows:
1. The Appendix of Designated Employee positions
of South Tahoe Public Utility District to the Model Confl.ict of
Interest Code adopted by Resolution No. 2504 on December 21, 1989
by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public Utility District

is hereby amended in the form attached hereto and made a part of
this Resolution.
2. The Disclosure Categories for the South Tahoe
Public Utility District to said Model Conflict of Interest Code
adopted by Resolution No. 2504 on December 21, 198~ by the Board
of Directors of South Tahoe Public Utility District is hereby
amended in the form attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution.
3. Tne Board of Directors authorizes a certified
copy of this Resolution apd the Designated Employee positions and
Disclosure categories at~ached to this Resolution to be submitted
to the El Dorado County Clerk, Elections Department, for review
and County approval in accordance with the applicable Government
~ Code and Fair Political Practices commission regulations.

4. Except as expressly amended by this Resolution
No. 2506, all of the terms and conditions of said Resolution No.
2504 adopted by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public
utility District on December 21, 1989 are ratified and confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of South
Tahoe Public utility District at a duly held regular meeting on
the 15th day of February, 1990, by the following vote:

Designated Employee positions
The designated employees whose duties are broad and un-
definable may involve contracting or purchasing, regulatory
powers, and investments.

The aforesaid Designated Employee positions shall
comply with Disclosure categories 6 and 7.
