While a quorum of the South Tahoe Public Utility District Board of Directors may be attending this
Workshop, there will be no action taking place on their behalf. A Public Meeting on the proposed
budget will be held May 15, 2008, 6:00 p.m., in the District Boardroom, located at 1275 Meadow Crest
Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California. The final budget is expected to be adopted during the May 29,
2008, special Board meeting, 2:00 p.m. in the District Boardroom.
