] A R�SOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE
� PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT TO SST A TIME FOR SEWER
2 CONNECTION FEES: 1987 BUILDING STASON
3 BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the SOUTH TAHOE
Q PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, COUNTY OF EL DORADO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
5 AS FOLLOWS:
6 That aTlresidential owners selected in the Second 1983
7 Allocation Program, and being permitted to obtain a sewer permit
8 in 1987, shall have THIRTY (30) DAYS from notification by the
9 City of South Lake Tahoe to make a minimum deposit in the amount
10 equal to the established minimum sewer connection charges for the
ll designated sewer permit. Those applicants failing to pay said
12 fees within the given time will lose the right to a sewer permit;
13 and
� 19 It is further resolved this action rescinds the Board Action
15 taken on April 3, 1986, Action Item No. 7.
16 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of the
17 Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on
� 18 the 18th day of June 1987, by the following vote:
19 AYES: Directors Olson, Wynn, Madden •
20 NOES: Directors Mason, Jones
