RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION,
RELOCATION OF SEWER FORCE MAIN, AND
INSTALLATION OF NEW SEWER LATERAL
BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the South
5 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of
6 California, as follows:

WHEREAS, the Assistant Manager/Engineer of said District
8 has accepted completion of the project: Relocation of Sewer Force
9 Main at Hwy. 50 and Ski Run Boulevard and Installation of New
10 Sewer Lateral at Paradise Street and Ski Run Boulevard as

II requested by District under Purchase Order No. ~6725 and that same
12 was completed on October 8, 1986/Sewer Force Main and October 18,
1986/Sewer Lateral by the contractor:
BROTHERTON PIPELINE & PAVING CO., INC.
P.O. BOX 705001-631
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA 95705
THAT the South Tahoe Public Utility District, P.O. Box
17 70542 So. Lake Tahoe, CA, El Dorado County, is the owner of said
18 work.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of the
20 Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on
21 the 6th day of November, 1986, by the following vote:
22 AYES: Director Wynn, Mason, Madden, Jones
23 NOES: None
ABSENT: Director Olson
