CA ell887 T~HONE 82.,11280 RESOLUTION No. 2415 1 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT CONFIRMING COMPENSATION PRO- VISIONS FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES, AND PROVISIONS FOR HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS FOR SAID EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT 4 5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE 6 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of El Dorado, State of California, 7 as follows: 8 l. The compensation of the Finance Officer, Manager of 9 Operations, Manager of Maintenance, Manager, Customer Relations, 10 Manager, Land Application, Accountant, Collection Officer, Purchas- 11 ing Officer, and Data Processing Manager as previously provided by 12 Resolution is confirmed to includ~ provisions for holidays, emergenc leave, vacation leave, sick leave and family death leave with pay, 14 military absence, leave for jury duty, and pension contribution as 15 provided in a Memorandum of Understanding for other District 16 employees authorized on October 18, 1984. 17 2. The annual term for compensation for said Management and 18 Confidential Employees of South Tahoe Public Utility District as 19 previously provided by Resolution is confirmed. 20 3. The District shall pay from funds under its jurisdiction 21 pursuant to Government Code Section 53205 the premiums and charges 22 for all health and welfare benefits as defined in Section 53200(d) 23 of said Code for all Management and Confidential Employees and all 24 Officers of the District, their spouses and dependent children, if 25 applicable, under the District Officers', Management and Confiden- tial Employees Group Health and Welfare Benefits Plans. \.
