RESOLUTION NO. 2409
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION,
WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT NO. 86-1,
BROTHERTON PIPELINE AND PAVING, INC,
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CALIFORNIA
4 BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the South
5 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of
6 Cali fornia, as follows:
7 WHEREAS, the Assistant Manager/Engineer of said District
8 has accepted completion of the project: Waterline Replacement
9 Project No. 86-1 as described in the drawings and specifications
10 and that same was completed on July 22, 1986 by the contractor:
