Resolution 2405 \..., I RESOLUTION NO. 2405 I 2 3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 2371 AND PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL SALARY RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South 5 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of 6 California, as follows: 7 1. The Salary Range for Classified Positions shall be 8 set forth in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part of this 9 RESOLUTION by reference; 10 2. Authorized Number of Employees: By adoption of this II RESOLUTION, the number of positions shown in EXHIBIT "A" shall be 12 deemed the authorized number of employees in Classififed 13 Positions. In the event an authorized position cannot be filled, ~ 14 the number of lower paid authorized positions may be increased to 15 compensate for unfilled position. The total number of authorized 16 employees shall not be exceeded. 23 24 25 26 ~ 27 28 17 3.
