Resolution 2385 ./ fl I/o' ,/~ \... \. 20 2] 22 23 24 25 26 ~ 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2385 ] 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT TO SET A TIME LIMIT FOR SEWER CONNECTION FEES: 1986 BUILDING SEASON BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the SOUTH 3 TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, COUNTY OF EL DORADO, STATE OF 4 CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: 5 That any residential lot owner sleected in the Second 6 1983 Allocation Program and being permitted to obtain a sewer 7 permit in 1986, shall have THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of 8 written notification by the City of South Lake Tahoe that said 9 residential owner is entitled to a 1986 building permit to make 10 a minimum, forfeitable deposit with District in the amount equal 1] to the established minimum District sewer connection charges for 12 the designated sewer permit. Those applicants failing to pay ]3 said fees within the given time will lose the right to a sewer ]4 permit; and ]5 It is further resolved this action rescinds the Board ]6 Action taken on February 2, 1984, Action Item No.1. ]7 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of the ]8 Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on 19 the 3rd day of April, 1986, by the following vote: AYES: Directors Wynn, Jones, Madden, Mason NOES: None ABSENT: Director Olson JOHN SOUT ATTEST: rat- a ~4d PAT A.
