Resolution 2377 (Rescinding 2376) ,If. \.. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 ~ 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 RE:J(JLUTION NO. 2377 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2376, A RESO- LUTION OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT SETTING DATE FOR HEARING ON INTENTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY TO AUTHORIZE FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS - TREATMENT PLANT BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of California, as follows: 1. The Board of Directors has previously adopted Resolution No. 2376, A Resolution of the South Tahoe Public Ut~lity District Setting Date for Hearing on Intention to Adopt a Resolution of Necessity to Authorize Filing of Eminent Domain Proceedings - Treatment Plant, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. Subsequent to the adoption of the aforementioned Resolution, the owners of the real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the Court appointed Selling Officer negotiated a stipulated agreement whereby South Tahoe Public Utility District became the purchaser of said real property pllrsuant to said stipulation, agreement, and Court approval. 3. The Board of Directors hereby rescinds said Resolu- tion No. 2376 entitled A Resolution of the South Tahoe Public Utility District Setting Date for Hearing on Intention to Adopt a Resolution of Necessity to Authorize Filing of Eminent Domain Proceedings - 25 Treatment Plant, and directs that no further proceedings be taken \..... 26 pursuant to said Resolution No. 2376 for the reasons set forth above.
