I 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 ~i x ~i ~X RESOLUTION # 2371 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 2350 AND PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL SALARY RESOLUTION.... BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of California, as follows: 1. The Salary Range for Classified Positions shall be set for in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part of this RESOLUTION by reference. 2. Authorized Number of Employees: By adoption of this RESOLUTION, the number of positions shown in EXHIBIT "A" shall be deemed the authorized number of employees in classified positions. In the event an authorized position cannot be filled, the number of lower paid authorized positions may be increased to compensate for unfilled position. The total number of authorized employees shall not be exceeded. 3. This RESOLUTION supersedes any and all other RESOLUTIONS previously adopted. 4. This RESOLUTION SHALL become effective June 27, 1985.
