2 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSES31IENT
3 RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1676
4 PROJECT NO. 1971-1

6 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
7 Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
8 WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
9 with the Secretary of said District, all pursuant to Resolution
10 of Intention 1676 adopted by the Board of Directors of
11 said District on April 6. 1972 and the provisions of
12 the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment
13 was confirmed by said Board on the 23rd day of Julv 1973
14 and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of said County
15 on July 27, 1973 ;
16 WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
17 are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued
18 under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so
19 that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundries
20 as shown on said assessment;
21 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
22 1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
23 with the Clerk of the Board a report and amended assessment
24 and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels
25 being designated Assessment Nos. 200A and 00B
26 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments
27 shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
28 benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels,

1 and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
2 of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid
3 assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land.
4 3. ThatThursdav the 17th day of January 1985 , at
5 the hour of 4:30 o'clock P.M. at the regular meeting place
6 of said Board, City Service Center, 1900 Lake Tahoe Boulevard,
7 South Lake Tahoe, California, he, and the same is hereby, fixed
8 as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before
9 said Board.
10 4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise the
11 time and place of such hearing before the Board of Directors
12 by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in
13 the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation
,r 14 being not less than fifteen (15) days before said hearing.
15 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of
16 the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District
17 on the 20th day of December, 1984 by the following vote:
18 AYES: Directors Madden, Mason, Jones, Olson, Wynn
19 NOES: None
