Resolution 2339 j RESOLUTION NO. 2339 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT 3 ADOPTING THE APPROPRIATIONS SUBJECT TO LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985 4 5 WHEREAS, the people of the State of California have 6 elected to approve Constitutional Amendment XIIIB, and the 7 Legislature of the State of California has voted to adopt 8 Senate Bill No. 1352, which implements Constitutional Amendment 9 XIIIB, setting the method of computing annual appropriations 10 subject to limitation, changes in the per capita personal income 11 population and cost of living; and 12 WHEREAS, such legislation sets the base year for this com- 13 putation as Fiscal Year 1978-1979, and 14 WHEREAS, such legislation determined the public hearing 15 process and required documentation setting such appropriation 16 limitations, and 17 WHEREAS, on JUNE 21, 1984, such Hearings were held and 18 exhibits prepared and made public; 19 NOW, THEREFORE, the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the SOUTH TAHOE 20 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT does find and declare that the approp- 21 riations subject to limitation for the Fiscal Year 1984-1985 22 are: $11,437,285; 23 and that for Fiscal Year 1984-1985, the proceeds of taxes as 24 defined in the enabling statutes are: $8,947,600; 25 and that the increase in proceeds Of taxes over the approp- 26 riations subject to limitation are: $ -0- ,%W 27 28 y 1 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of the 2 Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District 3 on the 21st day of June, 1984, by the following vote: 4 5 AYES: Directors Madden, Wynn, Jones, Mason, Olson 6 NOES: None 7 ABSENT: None 8 9 IJ4~ k 14wxg~ 10 MARY M.
