Resolution 2283 RESOLUTION NO. 2 2 8 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT DETERMINING SURPLUS AND ORDERING FUND TRANSFERS: Special Assessment District Fund 1962-1, 1968-3n, 1970- 1 and 1972-1, and U-1 Connec- tion Fund RESOLVED, by the Board of. Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that 1,HEREAS, after the completion of all requisitions and improvements for the above funds, it has been determined that surplus funds remain: 1,711EREAS, it appears that monies have been expended from the Sewer Enterprise Fund, and will continue to be expended in the future, for the maintenance and operation of said improvements, and it is in the public interest that the amount of said surplus funds be transferred to the Enterprise Fund of the District, as provided by Section 8784 of the Streets and Highways Code; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: (1) That the unencumbered balances remaining are surplus. (2) That the amount of said surplus is hereby ordered transferred from the above funds to the Sewer Enterprise Fund of the strict. J R.
