Resolution 2271 RESOLUTION NO. 2271 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT IN APPRECIATION OF THE WORK DONE ON THE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BY THE BOARD AND STAFF OF THE NORTH TAHOE PUBLIC IJTILITY DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, North Tahoe Public Utility District saw the need for a formal agreement for emergency mutual aid; and WHEREAS, they initiated meetings with the thirteen (13) utility districts around Lake Tahoe and other interested parties, to work out a formal agreement; and WHEREAS, they continued to hold meetings everyone could agree upon; and WHEREAS, thev have diligently pursued it to the point that this MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT could be presented to the various utility district boards for approval; and WHEREAS, they had the impossible task of getting agreement between thirteen (13) utility districts and other interested parties from various counties in two states. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District does hereby commend the Board and Staff of the North Tahoe Public Utility District for a job well i~~o done that will benefit the Lake Ta C area. s R.
