A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
CONGRATULATI14G THE CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE
ON THEIR SIXTEENTH ANNIVERSARY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT wishes to express their appreciation to the
CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CALIFORNL<'',, for their sixteen (1E)
years of cooperation with the SOUTH TAHOE PLIDLIC i?TILITY
DISTRICT and providing a better environment for our citizens;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT assures the CITY of continued cooperation in
their efforts and that they appreciate the concentrated endeavors
of the CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE to assist the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT in a Mitigation Proqram, which c,ill allow a
more cost-effective and sewerage system for South Shore of Lake
Tahoe.
