A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAKING OF AMENDED
ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1676
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1971-1
(FALLEN LEAF LAKE AREA)
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the
Secretary of said District, all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1676,
adopted by this Board on April 6, 1972, and the provisions of the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Board on
July 23, 1973, and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of said
County on July 27, 1973; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid
assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond
Act of 1915 have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original
parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the
District Secretary a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and
parcels so divided, said parcels being designated Assessment Nos. 106 and 110.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be
segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several
parts of the original lots or parcels, and the total amount of the assessment
of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the
unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land.
3. That Thursday, the 4th day of September, 1980, at the hour of 4:00
p.m., at the regular meeting place of said Board, District Office., 1275
Meadowcrest Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California, be, and the same is hereby,
fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before said
Board.

4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise the time and
place of such hearing before said Board by publishing a notice of said amended
assessment twice in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in the District, the first publication
being not less than fifteen (15) days before said hearing.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Directors of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, at a meeting

NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1971-1
(FALLEN LEAF LAKE AREA)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the order of the Board of
Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, the District Engineer
thereof has filed with me an amended assessment together with his report and
map thereof, of the parcels shown as Diagram and Assessment Nos. 106 and 110
on the diagram and assessment heretofore confirmed by said Board on July 23,
1973, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1676, adopted by said Board on
April 6, 1972, to all of which reference is hereby made for further
particulars.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on the 4th day of September, 1980, at 4:00
p.m., at the regular meeting place of said Board, District Office, 1275
Meadowcrest Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California, a hearing will be had on said
amended assessment, at which time all persons interested in said original
assessments, or in the lands affected thereby, or in the bonds secured
thereby, may appear and protest against the same.
