Resolution 2184 .4 I A ~T P f~R f1 RESOLUTION NO. 2184 v RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPOSIT ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA , AND SIGNING AND ENDORSING CHECKS AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: THAT, the South Tahoe Public Utility District establish with the BANK OF AMERICA a deposit account NO. 04958-80158, and that the General Manager and Finance Officer who signed the Account Authorization are authorized to open this account. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that any two (2) of the following may sign checks or other instruments withdrawing funds from the account: WALTER NEAL OLSON LORRENE L. KASHUBA JAMES R. JONES %PO MARY M.MADDEN JOHN WYNN RESOLVED that you may honor and pay all checks or other instruments signed in accordance with this Resolution includ- ing those payable to persons who sign them. You may also accept for deposit checks, or other instruments, payable to the corporation whether they are endorsed in writing or by stamp. RESOLVED, that this authorization remain in force until the Board gives you written notice to the contrary.
