Resolution No. 21414� F RESOLUTION NO. 2141 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENT NO. 204 BY SUPERIOR COURT FORECLOSURE ACTION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1971 -1 Fallen Leaf Lake Area FEe RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, this Board has conducted proceedings under and pursuant to Resolution No. 1676, A Resolution of Intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements, adopted on April 6, 1972, in which proceedings this Board confirmed and levied special assessments on the parcels of land to be benefited by said improvements, which assessments were thereafter modified pursuant to and by Resolution Nos. 2076 and 2078, adopted on June 16, 1977, and on July 22, 1977, respectively, and pursuant to and by Resolutions Nos. 2109 and 2120, adopted on June 1, 1978, and July 14, 1978, respectively; WHEREAS, said proceedings were conducted under and pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, except that bonds to represent unpaid assessments have been issued, and are proposed to be issued in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Division 10 of said Code; WHEREAS, the installment of principal on Assessment No. 204 (confirmed and levied on Assessor's Parcel No. 21- 231 -01), and interest thereon, which became due and payable on December 10, 1978, was not paid when due; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said installment of principal and interest on said Assessment No. 204 be collected by an action in the Superior Court to foreclose the lien thereof, pursuant to and as authorized by Part 14 of Division 10 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and that Jones Hall Hill & White and John C. Weidman are hereby authorized and directed to initiate said action and prosecute same to conclusion, and to take such action as may be necessary therein. resident South Tahoe Public Utility District ATTEST: ex- icio ecretary
