RESOLUTION NO. 2119
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1971 -1
Fallen Leaf Lake Area
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2109 of this Board
ordering same, adopted on June 1, 1978, notice has been duly given
of the intention of this Board to change and modify the proceedings
under Resolution of Intention No. 1676, adopted on April 6, 1972,
as subsequently amended;
WHEREAS, 7 persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard,
and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifica-
tions were fully heard and considered by this Council;
WHEREAS, the owners of Assessment Parcel Nos. 72 and 76,
being Assessor's Parcel Nos. 21- 401 -08 and 21- 401 -09, have signed
written requests that the laterals to serve said parcels of land
be deleted from the improvements to be constructed, that any
easements required for said laterals be deleted from the acquisi-
tions to be made and that the assessments on said parcels of land,
respectively, be reduced by the amount of $2,500.00 each, such
reduction to be applied to the amount of said assessments,
respectively, as same are increased pursuant to said Resolution
kw l No. 2109;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hearby
overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention No. 1676 be made and had, all as more
particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 2109,
adopted on June 1, 1978, except as follows:
(a) The assessment and assessment parcel numbers
referred to in said Resolution No. 2109 as 214, 215 and 216
(in connection with division of assessment parcel number 199
into three parcels) shall be 215 for Assessor's Parcel
No. 21 -251- 18 , 216 for Assessor's Parcel No. 21 -251- 17 ,
and 217 for Assessor's Parcel No. 21 -251- 16 ;
(b) Assessment Nos. 72 and 76 (as increased pursuant to
Resolution Nos. 2109 and this resolution, and decreased by
said $2,500.00 each) shall be, respectively, $4,034.96 and
$5,062.99, and the aforesaid laterals to serve said parcels,
and any easements required therefor, shall be deleted from
this project; and
(c) Paragraph numbered "2" in said Resolution shall no
longer be applicable and shall be of no further force and
effect as an expression of this Board's intention with respect
to increases in assessments.
