A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION. NO. 2068 AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
EL DORADO COUNTY WATER AGENCY AND SOUTH
TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT, County of El Dorado, State of California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of said District authorized execution
of contract between El Dorado Water Agency and the South Tahoe Public Utility
District by adoption of Resolution No. 2068 on April 7, 1977, and
WHEREAS, a revision to the contract was requested by El Dorado Water
Agency, and,
WHEREAS, the .Board of Directors of said District reviewed the revised
contract, •
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED
1. That said Resolution No. 2068 is hereby rescinded.
2. The President of the Board is hereby authorized to execute a contract
between El Dorado County Water Agency and South Tahoe Public Utility District,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. The Clerk -of the South Tahoe Public Utility District is hereby directed
to attest to said President's signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said
District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District at its duly held regular meeting on the 21st day of April, 1977,
by the following vote:
AYES, Directors: Cocking, Fieldcamp, Fesler, and Hegarty
NOES, Directors: None
ABSENT, Directors: Kashuba
