Resolution No. 2058 L RESOLUTION J 2° S' A RESOLUTION DtTERMINING SURPLUS AND ORDERING FUND TRANSFER - SANITARY SEWAGE PROJECT NO. 1960 -4 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, El Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, after the completion of all acquisitions and improvements in proceedings conducted by said Board pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 239, adopted September 29, 1960, and the payment of all expenses incidental thereto, it has been determined that a surplus in the amount of $43,995.95 remains in the Bond and Interest Redemption Fund for said project; WHEREAS, it appears that moneys in excess of said surplus have been expended from the General Fund for the maintenance of said improvements, and it is in the public interest that the amount of said surplus be transferred to the General Fund of the District, as provided by Section 8784 of the Streets and Highways Code; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That the unencumbered balance remaining in the Bond and Interest Redemption Fund for said project is surplus. 2. That the amount of said surplus is hereby ordered transferred from the Bond and Interest Redeption Fund of said project to the General Fund of the District.
