Resolution No. 2038 A t :1400.04.040 RESOLUTION NO. 2038 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2030 AND EXTENDING TIME FOR COMMENT ON DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT JOHNSON BLVD. INTERCEPTOR SEWER EXTENSION RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, State of California, that WHEREAS, on the 28th day of September, 1976, this Board adopted Resolution No. 2030, "A Resolution Approving Draft Environmental Impact Report, Directing Filing of A Notice Of Completion Thereof And Circulation Of Report For Comment Thereon And Appointing Time and Place Of Hearing Thereon Johnson Blvd. Incerceptor Sewer Extension ", and WHEREAS, Office of the Governor, State Clearinghouse, set the 4th day of November 1976 as the date review period ends; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. The period of time to submit written comments to the District concerning said report is extended to 5 :00 P.M. on the 4th day of November 1976. 2. That the District Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to give notice of said extension of time once in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, and to advise the agencies and persons receiving the report of said extension of time.
