Resolution No. 2030 VP R RESOLUTION NO. 2030 A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, DIRECTING FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION THEREOF AND CIRCULATION OF REPORT FOR COMMENT THEREON AND APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON JOHNSON BLVD. INTERCEPTOR SEWER EXTENTION RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that, WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1976, this Board did duly instruct District Engineer to design Johnson Boulevard Interceptor Sewer Extension consisting of approximately 4,100 feet of 18 -inch, 15 -inch, and 12 -inch interceptor sewer extending from Fairway Avenue to Ski Run Boulevard. WHEREAS, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended, and the guidelines of this District implementing said Act, this Board did, on the 21st day of September, 1976, instruct the District Engineer to prepare a draft environmental impact report for said Project; WHEREAS, said report was duly prepared and filed with the District Clerk, whereupon the Clerk presented it to this Board for consideration and this Board thereupon duly considered and reviewed said report and each and every part thereof and found that it contained all matters and things called for by the provisions of said Act; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the aforementioned draft environmental impact report for said Project be, and it is hereby, approved. 2. That the District Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file a kir Notice of Completion of said report with the Secretary of the Resources Agency of the State of California, which Notice shall contain a brief description of said Project, shall indicate the location of said Project and shall state that copies of said report are available for review at the District office. 4. That the District Clerk be, and he is hereby, instructed to cause copies of said report to be submitted for review and comment to all public agencies having jurisdiction by law over said Project and to such public agencies or persons who may have special expertise concerning the Project and environmental matters related thereto. 5. That, in submitting said report pursuant to paragraph 4 above, the District Clerk be, and he is hereby, instructed to advise agencies and persons receiving the report that they may submit written comments to the District concerning said report within thirty (30) days after the date of mailing of said report which time period is hereby established as the maximum review period with regard to said report, provided, however, that this Board may consent to an extension of such review period upon written request by a reviewing agency or person. 6. That the District Clerk be, and he is hereby instructed, to make copies of said report available at the District office for review or, upon payment of actual reproduction costs of said report, acquisition by members of the general public. 7. That on the 29th day of October, 1976, at the hour of 1 :00 o'clock P.M. , in the regular meeting place of the Board, District office, 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California, be, and the same are appointed and fixed as the time and place when and where the Board will conduct a public hearing on the environmental impact of said Project. 8. That the District Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to give notice of said hearing once in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation which is printed, published and circulated within the District, which publication shall be done at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for hearing and which notice shall also indicate that said report is available at the District office for review. _ ter` r I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 2030 duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, at a meeting thereof duly held on the 28th day of September, 1976, by the following vote: AYES, Directors: Hegarty, Fesler, Fieldcamp, and Cocking NOES, Directors: None ABSENT, Directors: Kashuba 0/ David W.
