Resolution No. 1910 RESOLUTION NO. 1910 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESS- MENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 173 PROJECT NO. 1960 -1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Secretary of said District, all pursuant to Resolution of In- tention No. 173 , adopted by the Board of Directors of said Dis- trict on March 17 , 1960, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Board on the 19th day of May , 1960, and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of said County on June 17 1960; WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that: 1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the District Secretary a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated Assessment Nos. 1596, 726 and 727 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels, and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land. 3. That Thursday, the 17th day of October, 1974, at the .9 hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the regular meeting place of said Board, District Office, Treatment Plant, Johnson Road near junction with Black Bart Street, Tahoe Valley, California, be, and the same is hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before said Board. 4.
