Resolution No. 1835 r 1 � , RESOLUTION NO, 1835 A RESOLUTION MAKING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF - POPE BEACH SEWER SYSTEM RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, El Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August 1973, this Board did duly adopt its Resolution No. 1834, pursuant to which it approved plans and specifications for improvements to its sewer system, hereinafter referred to as the "Project" consisting of installation of sewers and appurtenances in the sizes and approxi- mate quantities as follows: 4 -inch pressure pipe 2,010 linear feet 6 -inch lateral pipe 415 linear feet 6 -inch sewer pipe 2,350 linear feet Sewer manholes 8 each Wet well mounted pump stations 2 each; and WHEREAS, an initial study of the environmental effects of said Project has been undertaken and completed and the results thereof have been reviewed by this Board; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DECLARED AND ORDERED as follows: 1. That said Project will not have a significant effect upon the environment. 2. That the Clerk and Ex officio Secretary of the Board be and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Office of the County Clerk of El Dorado County and at the District Office to be available for public inspection.
