A RESOLUTION MAKING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF
JOHNSON BOULEVARD PUMP STATION AND INTERCEPTOR
SEWERS
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of November 1972, this Board did duly adopt
its Resolution No. 1756, pursuant to which it authorized plans and specifications
to be prepared for a raw sewage pumping station and interceptor sewers , herein-
after referred to as the "Project ", consisting of a raw sewage pumping station,
2.5 mgd, and about 2,000 feet of 12" sewer with all necessary appurtenances;
and,
WHEREAS, an initial study of the environmental effects of said
Project has been undertaken and completed and the results thereof have been
"' reviewed by this Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DECLARED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Project will not have a significant effect upon the
environment.
2. That the Clerk and Ex officio Secretary of the Board be and he is
hereby, authorized and instructed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Office of the County Clerk of El Dorado County and at the District Office to be
available for public inspection.
