RESOLUTION NO. 1792
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF CONTRIBUTION
AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1968 -3F
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, said Board, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1340,
adopted October 2, 1969, as subsequently amended, provided for the acqui-
sition and construction of certain public improvements and for the levy of
assessments to pay the costs thereof, all as therein particularly de-
scribed;
WHEREAS, upon completion of construction of said improvements and
of said acquisitions, and the payment of all costs thereof and expenses
incidental thereto, an unencumbered balance of $ 38,160.00 remains in
the Construction Fund for said project;
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1404, adopted December 11, 1969, this
Board ordered that $101,526.00 be contributed from the proceeds of bonds
for Improvement District No. U -1 to the costs of the project, represent-
ing the cost of trunk sewer mains included in the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. That said unencumbered balance of $ 38,160.00 remaining in
the Construction Fund for said project is surplus;
thro 2. That said contribution be and is hereby reduced to $ 63,366.00 .
3. That the amount of said surplus shall be transferred to the
Construction Fund for said Improvement District No. U -1.
