RESOLUTION NO. 1795
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS AFTER
CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT BY ADDING ASSESSOR'S PAR-
CEL NO. 33- 720 -07, TOGETHER WITH WORK AND ACQUISITIONS
NECESSARY TO SERVE SAID PARCEL, AND LEVYING AND
CONFIRMING AN ASSESSMENT THEREON; AND APPROVING
AMENDMENT TO BOUNDARY MAP AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
AND DIRECTING FILING THEREOF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1972 -1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, in proceedings being conducted by this Board pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 1695, adopted September 21, 1972: a map
showing boundaries of the proposed assessment district was filed in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of El Dorado, California,
on the 4th day of October, 1972, in Book 1, Page 172, of Maps of As-
sessment Districts; on October 26, 1972, this Board adopted its
Resolution No. 1748, A Resolution and Order Adopting Engineer's Report,
Confirming The Assessment and Ordering The Work and Acquisitions; and
the assessment diagram was filed in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of El Dorado on November 1, 1972, in Book 1, Page 173, of
Maps of Assessment Districts;
WHEREAS, the owner of Assessor's Parcel No. 33- 720 -07, County of
El Dorado, has filed a written request with this Board for the changes
and modifications in the assessment district boundary, work and acqui-
sitions, and the assessment, as hereinafter ordered;
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Boundary Map and Assessment Diagram,
adding assessment parcel number 171 (Assessor's Parcel No. 33- 720 -07),
has been filed in the office of the Secretary of this Utility Dis-
trict;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Assessor's Parcel No. 33- 720 -07 be included within

the boundaries of said assessment district, that said parcel be desig-
nated as assessment parcel number 171, and that said Amendment to
Boundary Map and Assessment Diagram, on file in the office of the Sec-
retary of this Utility District which reflects said inclusion and said
designation, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
2. That the following work and acquisitions necessary to serve
said assessment parcel number 171 be added to the work to be done and
the acquisitions to be made pursuant to said proceedings, to wit:
construction of a sewer line commencing at a rodhole located near the
southerly corner of Assessor's Parcel No. 33- 272 -25 and extending
northwesterly therefrom 90 feet, more or less, to the cul -de -sac at
the end of Elk Point Road (Drive), together with a manhole in said cul-
® de -sac at the end of said line and a lateral extending northerly from
said manhole 60 feet, more or less, to the south lot line of said
Assessor's Parcel No. 33- 720 -07, and together with all necessary appur-
tenances; acquisition of an easement for said sewer line extension
along the southwesterly lot line of Assessor's Parcel No. 33- 272 -25,
County of El Dorado; and acquisition of the right of service and use
in existing sanitary sewerage and sewage treatment and disposal facili-
ties of this Utility District which help provide service to and which
are of benefit to said parcel (as described in clause "b" of Exhibit A
to said Resolution of Intention).
3. That the total assessment be increased by the amount of
$4,520.00, from $382,330.00 to $386,850.00.
4. That said assessment parcel number 171 be assessed in the
amount of $4,520.00 to pay the costs and expenses of the aforesaid
work and acquisitions and an assessment upon said parcel in said
amount is hereby levied and confirmed.
5. That said Amendment to Boundary Map and Assessment Diagram
be recorded in the office of the District Engineer and filed in the
office of the County Surveyor, and that said assessment number 171 in

in the amount of $4,520.00 be added on the face of the copies of the
assessment roll on file in the office3of the Secretary of this Utility
District, the District Engineer and the County Surveyor.
6. That the Amendment to Boundary Map and Assessment Diagram be
filed within ten (10) days of this order in the office of the El Dorado
County Recorder, with a reference thereon to enable same to be cross -
indexed with the prior recorded boundary map and assessment diagram.
7. That the Clerk shall furnish certified copies of this reso-
lution to the District Engineer and County Surveyor as their authority
to make said addition on the face of the copies of the assessment roll
on file in their offices.
