)7 RESOLUTION NO. 1805
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON BONDS
JOHNSON BOULEVARD PUMPING STATION AND
INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, El Dorado County, California, as follows:
1. Bids shall be called by the Clerk and ex- officio Secretary
of said District for the sale of $450,000 principal amount of Sewer
Revenue Bonds of 1973, which bonds were provided to be issued pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention No 1802, A Resolution of Intention
to Acquire and Construct Sewage Pumping Station and Interceptor Sewer
and to Issue Sewer Revenue Bonds to Cover the Cost Thereof, adopted
by this Board on May 17, 1973.
k ire 2. Notice thereof shall be given by the District Secretary
causing to be mailed copies of an "Official Notice of Sale" to the
various banks and bond houses and other persons interested as deter-
mined by the Secretary, at least ten days before the date said bids
are to be opened.
3. The Board of Directors will furnish the legal opinion of
the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
