" WJML : KIJ : GHM : gbl 2/1/73 8c RESOLUTION NO. 1763 A RESOLUTION ORDERING COLLECTION OF ESCAPED ASSESSMENT AND REFUND OF AN OVERCHARGE SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1960 -4 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, this Board has conducted proceedings pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 239, adopted September 29, 1960, for the construction of improvements and levy of assessments to bear the cost thereof; WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of this Board that the annual installments of Diagram and Assessment No. 3026 on Assessor's Parcel No. 23- 522 -11, levied in the principal amount of $613.50 and Diagram and Assessment No. 3027 on Assessor's Parcel No. 23- 522 -12, levied in the principal amount of $1,660.50 have been incorrectly posted to the tax roll for the years 1967 -68 to 1971 - 72, inclusive, as shown on the attached Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the tax bills for each of the tax years 1967 -68 to 1971 -72, inclusive, for both parcels have been paid; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That the balance due from Assessment No. 3027, Assess- or's Parcel No. 23- 522 -12 for the tax years 1967 -68 to 1971 -72, k w inclusive, $569.72 as shown on said Exhibit A, shall be collected by the El Dorado County Auditor on the regular tax bill for 1973- 74 together with the regular installment due for that year. 2. That immediately upon receipt of the amount due from Assessment No. 3027, Assessor's Parcel No. 23- 522 -12, the County Auditor shall forthwith draw and the County Treasurer shall L a kwe honor a warrant in the amount of $569.72 payable to Harold H. Buchanan , being the owner of property known as Assessment No. 3026, Assessor's Parcel No. 23-522 -11. 3. That a copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the County Auditor and County Treasurer of El Dorado County. 'lc i .
