Resolution No. 1749 • WJML : RJH : gbl 10/16/72 8c RESOLUTION NO. 1 7 4 9 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1972 -1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that the Clerk of said District be, and he is hereby, appointed as the person to whom payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Intention No. 1695, adopted by this Board on September 21, 1972, and that the district office, Treatment Plant, Johnson Road near junction with Black Bart Street, Tahoe Valley, California (P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe, California 95705) is hereby designated as the place at which the said payments will be made, and the District Engineer is hereby relieved of all responsibility in connection with collecting said assessments.
