RESOLUTION NO. 1652
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CANCELLATION OF
REMAINING INSTALLMENTS PAYABLE ON UN-
PAID ASSESSMENT NO. 925 AND REFUND OF
INSTALLMENTS HERETOFORE PAID THEREON
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1960 -4
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 239,
adopted on September 29, 1960, said Board has heretofore con-
ducted assessment and assessment bond proceedings for the con-
struction of public improvements;
WHEREAS, tends have been issued, sold and delivered to
represent the unpaid assessments in said proceedings;
WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of clerical error as-
sessment number 925 in said proceedings was confirmed in the
amount of $613.5* and included in the list of unpaid assessments
in the amount of $174.50 instead of in the amounts of $439.00
and $ /)., respectively;
WHEREAS, the owners of said assessment parcel 925 have paid
installments on said unpaid assessment (for the years 1961 -62
through 1970 -71, inclusive, and the first one -half of 1971 -72)
in the total amount of $169.42, and installments remain payable
on said unpaid assessment (for the second one -half of 1971 -72
and the years 1972 -73 through 1975 -76, inclusive) in the total
amount of $93.34;
WHEREAS, earned interest on moneys in the Bond Interest
and Redemption Fund for the bonds issued in said proceedings ex-
ceeds the sum of said amounts of $169.42 and $93.34;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That there shall forthwith be refunded to the owners
of said assessment parcel 925, Fred J. Brandon and Florence S.

Brandon, said amount of $169.42.
2. That said installments remaining payable on said un-
paid assessment (including the second one -half of the 1971 -72
installment) shall forthwith be cancelled, and deleted from the
records of the Auditor of El Dorado County, California, so that
same shall not be collected from the owners of said parcel of
land.
3. That said sum of $169.42 ordered to be refunded to
said owners shall be paid from said Bond Interest and Redemption
Fund.
4. That the Clerk shall furnish certified copies of this
resolution to said County Auditor, as her direction and author-
ization to make said cancellation and deletion, and to the County
Treasurer and ex officio treasurer of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, as his authority to make the above ordered re-
fund payment to said owners of said parcel.
