A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1648,
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS
AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1970 -2
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, this Board did on May 6, 1971, pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 1554, as subsequently amended, relat-
ing to the acquisition and construction of public improvements in
said District under and pursuant to the provisions of the Munici-
pal Improvement Act of 1913 and amendments thereto, and did
therein provide that serial bonds would be issued thereunder pur-
suant to the provisions of the Improvement Bond A. of 1915,
reference to said Resolution of Intention, as amended, hereby
being expressly made for further particulars;
WHEREAS, this Board did on November 18, 1971, pass and
adopt its Resolution No. 1648, A Resolution Determining Unpaid
Assessments and Providing For Issuance of Bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That paragraph number 3 of said Resolution No. 1648 be,
and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"3. The unpaid list is in the amount of $177,562.43, and
bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assess-
ments in the amount of $177,382.43, in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (Division 10 of the
Nlior
Streets and Highways Code) and under and pursuant to the provi-
sions of said Resolution of Intention, as amended, and the
proceedings thereunder duly had and taken; that said bonds shall
be one hundred seventy -eight (178) in number, shall be dated
December 16, 1971, be designated Series 1970 -2, be payable at
the principal office of the Paying Agent and Registrar, Bank of
America National Trust and Savings Association in San Francisco,
California, and bear interest from their date at the rate of
not to exceed seven percent (7 %) per annum, and the denomina-
tion of said bonds with their respective numbers and dates of
maturity are as shown on Exhibit B hereto attached and made a
part hereof by reference. Jurisdiction is hereby reserved to
issue a bond on the remaining amount of the unpaid assessments.'
2. That Exhibit B, attached to and made a part of said
Resolution No. 1648 by reference, be, and the same is hereby,
amended by changing the first figure in the column headed "Annual
Principal" from 15562.43" to "$382.43 ".

lution to each, the County Treasurer, County Auditor and Bank of
America N.T. & S.A., Corporate Trust Department, 555 California
Street, San Francisco, California.
