RESOLUTION NO. 1647
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1970 -2
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, in proceedings conducted by this Board pursuant to Reso-
lution of Intention No. 1554, adopted by the Board on May 6, 1971, as
subsequently amended, the owners of assessment parcels numbered 19, 21
and 29 have made written requests for the following changes and modifi-
cations, to wit: (a) deletion of the laterals to serve assessment

parcels numbered 19 and 21 and reduction of the respective assessments
for said parcels in the amount of $250 each (it being the intent of
the owners of said parcels, together with the owner of assessment par-
cel number 20,to construct a six inch sewer line commencing at a point
on the southerly boundary of said assessment parcel 20 where the lat-
eral to serve said parcel terminates and extending northeasterly
therefrom across said assessment parcels 20, 19 and 21, so as to serve
the dwellings now located on said parcels); and (b) installation of
one additional lateral and three wyes to serve assessment parcel num-
ber 29, and increase of the assessment upon said parcel in the amount
of $430;
WHEREAS, the assessment originally levied upon said assessment
parcel 19, by Resolution No, 1594, A Resolution and Order Adopting
Engineer's Report, Confirming the Assessment and Ordering the Work and
Acquisitions, adopted by this Board on August 26, 1971, has been paid
in full in cash;
WHEREAS, the List of Unpaid Assessments has been duly certified
by the Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, being the per-
son appointed as collection officer under said Resolution of Intention,
and filed in the office of the Treasurer of El Dorado County,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said changes in the work be made;
2. That the total assessment in said proceedings be decreased
from $240,812.78 to $240,742.78; that assessment number 19 be decreased
from $641.30 to $391.30; that assessment number 21 be decreased from
$766.12 to $516.12; and that assessment number 29 be increased from
$2789.02 to $3219.02;
3. That the sum of $250 be returned to the owner of assessment
parcel number 19, from the construction fund for said project;
4. That the List of Unpaid Assessments be amended on the face
thereof by changing the amounts shown thereon for assessment numbers
21 and 29 to $516.12 and $3219.02, respectively;
5. That the Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District be,
and he is hereby authorized to make the foregoing changes on the as-
sessment roll and on the List of Unpaid Assessments on file in his
office, and to make said payment of $250 to said owner of assessment
parcel number 19;
6. That said Clerk shall furnish to the District Engineer of the
South Tahoe Public Utility District and to the County Surveyor and
County Treasurer of El Dorado County certified copies of this resolu-
tion as their authority, respectively, to make the aforementioned
changes on the assessment roll and on the List of Unpaid Assessments
filed in their respective offices.
