2 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST
AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN
3 LANDS AND RIGHTS OF ENTRY THEREON A ND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS

(ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1970 -2)

6 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe
7 Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
8 WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to acquire,
9 construct, reconstruct, complete, repair, maintain and operate
10 public improvements consisting of underground sewer pipelines,
11 and appurtenances and work auxiliary thereto, for the purpose of
12 transporting sewage, under and across the lands hereinafter
13 described, together with the right of vehicular ingress and
14 egress thereon and therefore,
15
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as
16 follows:
17 1. That the public interest and necessity require the
18 acquisition, construction, reconstruction, completion, repair,
19 maintenance and operation of public improvements consisting of
20 underground sewer pipelines, and appurtenances and work auxiliary
21 thereto, for the purpose of transporting sewage, under and acros
22 the lands more particularly described in Exhibit A, and attached
23 hereto, and made a part hereof, together with the right of
24 vehicular ingress and egress thereon and therefore, and taking
25 of easements and rights of ways under and across said lands is
err 26 necessary for said public improvements. Said parcels of lands
are situate in the County of El Dorado, State of California.
