Resolution No. 1609 r r RESOLUTION NO. 1 6 0 9 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 974 PROJECT NO. 1967 -3B RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Secretary of said District, all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 974 , adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on November 16 , 1967, and the provisions of the Municipal Improve- .' ment Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Board on the 4th day of January , 19 68 , and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of said County on January 22 , 1968; WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that: 1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the District Secretary a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated Assessment Nos. 681 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels, and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land. 3. That Thursday, the 7th day of October, 1971, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the regular meeting place of said Board, District Office, Treatment Plant, Johnson Road near junction with Black Bart Street, Tahoe Valley, California, be, and the same is hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assess- ment before said Board. 4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise the time and place of such hearing before the Board of Directors by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the District, the first publication being not less than fifteen (15) days before said hearing.
