l � 1L': �..X� ,1 i Y RESOLUTION NO, 1570 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO, 1 4 5 5 , AND PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL SALARY RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, COUNTY OF EL DORAD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows: 1. The Salary Range for classified positions shall be set forth in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part of this RESOLUTION by reference. 2. Authorized Number of Employees: By adoption of this RESOLUTION, the number of positions shown in EXHIBIT "A" shall be deemed the authorized number of employees to be employed in classified positions. In the event an authorized position cannot be filled, the number of lower paid authorized positions may be increased to compensate for the unfilled position. The total number of authorized employees shall not be exceeded. 3. This RESOLUTION rescindes and supersedes RESOLUTION NO. 1455, passed and adopted by r said Board of Directors of said District on June 18, 1970. 4. This RESOLUTION shall be effective July 1, 1971.
