RESOLUTION NO. 1531
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT A PORTION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ACQUIRED AND CONSTRUCTED PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 1081 CONSTITUTE BRANCH TRUNK LINES
PROVIDING MAIN TRUNK CONNECTION FOR COLLECTION
SEWERS IN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. U -1, DETERMINING
THAT A CONTRIBUTION THEREFOR SHALL BE MADE FROM THE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. U -1 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967 -4E CONSTRUCTION FUND
AND ORDERING TRANSFER OF $19,000 FOR THE PURPOSE
THEREOF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967 -4E
RESOLVED, by the Bard of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of May, 1968, said Board adopted
its Resolution of Inte'*tion No. 1081 to acquire and construct
public improvements in said District;
WHEREAS, said public improovements include the following de-
scribed sanitary sewer lines, as shown on the plans therefor dated
May 15, 1968, entitled Sewage Collection System, Assessment Dis-
trict 1967 -4B, Assessment District 1967 -4C, Assessment District
1967 -4D, and Assessment District 1967 -4E, to wit: line 1, to-
gether with appurtenances thereto, commencing at manhole A -77 and
extending approximately 515 feet westerly therefrom; line 9,
together with appurtenances thereto, commencing at manhole A -71
and extending approximately 640 feet westerly therefrom; line 32,
together with appurtenances thereto, commencing at manhole A -70
and extending approximately 560 feet westerly therefrom; line 34,
together with appurtenances thereto, commencing at manhole A -69
and extending approximately 400 feet westerly therefrom; line 35,
together with appurtenances thereto, commencing at manhole A -68
and extending approximately 360 feet westerly therefrom;
NOW, THEREFORE, said Board does hereby DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
1. That the above described sanitary sewer lines constitute
branch trunk lines providing main trunk connection for collection
sewers in Improvement District No. U -1 and are within the scope
of improvements being financed by the Improvement District No.
U -1 bond issue;
2. That a contribution to the costs of said public improve-
ments acquired and constructed pursuant to said Resolution of
Intention No. 1081 shall be made from the construction fund of and
for said Improvement District No. U -1, for the above described
branch trunk sewers installed as a part of said public improve-
ments, which contribution shall be at the rate of $8.00 per
lineal foot;
3. That for the purpose of the aforesaid contribution the
sum of $19,000 shall be forthwith transferred from said construc-
tion fund of and for Improvement District No. U -1 to the construc-
tion fund of and for Assessment District 1967 -4E.
