6 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public
7 Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that
8 T, I it is the intention of this Board to acquire,
9 construct, reconstruct, complete, repair, maintain ard operate
10 public improvements consisting of underground sewer pipelines,
11 and appurtenances and work auxiliary thereto, for the purpose of

12 j transporting sewage, under and across the lands hereinafter
13 described, together with the right of vehicular in.rress and egress
14 thereon and therefor,
15 P.Oi., THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETER;`iINED and ORDERED
16 I as follows:
17 1. That the public interest and necessity require the
18 acquisition, construction, reconstructior., completion, repair,
19 maintenance and operation of public improvements consisting of
20 underground sewer pipelines, and appurtenances and work auxiliary
21 thereto, for the purpose of transporting sewage, under ard across
22 the lands more particularly described ir Exhibit A, and attached
23 hereto, and made a part hereof, together with the right of
24 vehicular ingress and egress thereon and therefore, and taking
25 of easements and rights of ways under and across said lands is
26 necessary for said public improvements. Said parcels of lands
27 are situate in the County of El Dorado, State of California.
281 2. That said proposed acquisition and public improvements
29 Hre planned and located in the manner which will be most
30 compatible with the greatest public good and the least private
31 !' injury, and all of said acquisitions are situated within the
32 County of El Dorado, State of California.

5 conclusion an action in eminent domain for the acquisition of
6 said easements and rights of way and to take such action as is
7 necessary therein, and they shall be paid a reasonable fee
8 therefor.
9 4. That an Order for Immediate Possession and Use be
10 obtained in said action, and that a warrant be issued to the

11 County Clerk, E1 Dorado County, California, in the amount
12 determined by the court to be so Jefosited, as a condition to the
