RESOLUTION DETERI!IINIJVO THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND (NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN 3 LANDS A.ND RIGHTS OF ENTRY THEREON AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF E_.INENT DOI' '.II PROCEEDINGS 4 AS SiSS=T DISTRICT NO. 19(,8 -3G 5 6 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public 7 Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that 8 T, I it is the intention of this Board to acquire, 9 construct, reconstruct, complete, repair, maintain ard operate 10 public improvements consisting of underground sewer pipelines, 11 and appurtenances and work auxiliary thereto, for the purpose of 1 12 j transporting sewage, under and across the lands hereinafter 13 described, together with the right of vehicular in.rress and egress 14 thereon and therefor, 15 P.Oi., THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETER;`iINED and ORDERED 16 I as follows: 17 1. That the public interest and necessity require the 18 acquisition, construction, reconstructior., completion, repair, 19 maintenance and operation of public improvements consisting of 20 underground sewer pipelines, and appurtenances and work auxiliary 21 thereto, for the purpose of transporting sewage, under ard across 22 the lands more particularly described ir Exhibit A, and attached 23 hereto, and made a part hereof, together with the right of 24 vehicular ingress and egress thereon and therefore, and taking 25 of easements and rights of ways under and across said lands is 26 necessary for said public improvements. Said parcels of lands 27 are situate in the County of El Dorado, State of California. 281 2.
