Resolution No. 1438 • r kt w 1 RESOLUTION NO. 14363 2 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INZERLST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE ZHE ACQUISITIOF OF CERTAIN 3 LANDS AND RIGHTS OF ENTRY THEREON AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS 4' ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1968 -3F 5 6 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public 7 Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that 8 VHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to acquire, g construct, reconstruct, complete, repair, maintain and operate 1 10 public improvements consisting of underground sewer pipelines, 11 1 and appurtenances and work auxiliary thereto, for the purpose of 12 'transporting sewage, under and across the lands hereinafter 13 described, together with the right of vehicular ingress and. 14 egress thereon and therefore, 15 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and. ORDERED as 16 I follows: 17 1. That the public interest and necessity require the 18 acquisition, construction, reconstruction, completion, repair, 19 maintenance and operation of public improvements consisting of 20 underground sewer pipelines, and appurtenances and work auxiliary 21 thereto, for the purpose of transporting sewage, under and across 22 the lands more particularly described in Exhibit A, and attached 23 hereto, and made a part hereof, together with the right of 24 vehicular ingress and egress thereon and therefore, and taking 25 l of easements and rights of ways under and across said lands is 26 necessary for said public improvements. Said parcels of lards iiar 27 are situate in the County of El Dorado, State of California. 28 2 . That said proposed acquisition and public improvements 29 are planned and located in the manner which will be most 30 rcrnpatible with the greatest public good, and the least private 31 I injury, and all of said acquisitions are situated within the County of El Dorado, State of California. 32 JOHN C.
