RESOLUTION NO. 1431
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1968-3F
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that the public interest,
convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said
Board to make changes and modifications in the improvements and acquisi-
tions heretofore ordered to be made and in the assessment and diagram
heretofore confirmed, by Resolution No. 1407, adopted by said Board on
December 11, 1969, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1340, adopted
by said Board on October 2, 1969, as subsequently amended, which changes

and modifications are as follows:
1. Relocation of certain sewer lines, laterals and appurtenances,
as shown by the following revised drawings dated December/9, 1969, and
on file with the Clerk, to wit: Dwg. Nos. GP2, GP3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 51, 52
and 53, which revised drawings shall govern for all details of said
changes and to which referene, is hereby made;
2. Elimination of tree easements across assessment parcel numbers
658 through 662, inclusive,
30 Addition of an easement across assessment parcel number 652
and relocation of easements across assessment parcel numbers 651, 655,
656, 657 and 663, as shown by descriptions and plats on file with the
Clerk, wnich are dated January 16, 1970 as to said number 652 and con-
tain the word "revised'' as to said other numbers, which descriptions
and plats shall govern for all details of said changes and to which ref-
erence is hereby made;
4. Modification of sheets five and six of the assessment diagram
to change the boundary cf the area to which the right-of-service fee
applies for assessment parcel numbers 655 through 663, inclusive, as
shown on revisions of said sheets five and six on file with the Clerk,
which revised sheets shall govern for all details of said changes and
to which reference is hereby made;
5. Reduction of.individual assessment number 655 in the amount
of $1,557000, from $3,,547,00 to $1,990.00 (by reason of the reduction
in area of the portion of assessment parcel number 655 which is bene-
fited, resulting from the changes set forth in paragraph number "1"
above; and
6. Reduction of the total assessment in the amount of $1,557.00,
from $589,106°00 to $587,549.00.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Thursday, the 5th day of March, 1970,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the regular meeting place of said
Board, district office, Treatment Plant, Johnson Road near junction with
Black Bart Street, Tahoe Valley, California (P.O. Box AU, South Lake
Tahoe, California 95705), are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where said Board will consider the matter of making said changes
and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested
therein.
The Clerk of said South Tahoe Public Utility District shall cause
a copy of this resolution to be published once in the Tahoe Daily Trib-
une, a newspaper of general c:ir u ation published in said District and
the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of
Intention was published, said publication to be at least ten days be-
fore said day of hearing.
