Resolution No. 1406 WJML:RJH:gb 11/25/69 8c iikow RESOLUTION NO. 1406 A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1968 -3F RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, El Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of In- tention No. 1340, adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on October 2, 1969, as subsequently amended, was $695,092.50; WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said estimate may be reduced to $690,632.00; WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1404, adopted by this Board on December 11, 1969, $101,526.00 will be contributed to this assessment district and the assessment reduced accordingly; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment is hereby reduced to $589,106.00 and that each of the individual assessments shall be reduced as follows: (a) The number of units for which assessment and diagram No. 651 is assessed shall be reduced from 12.4 units to 10.0 units. (b) All of the individual assessments except those within the Rainbow Tract shall each be reduced in an amount equal to $241.00 times the number of units for which each is assessed, respectively (for which purpose the reduced number of units for assessment No. 651 as herein - above provided shall be used), and all of the individual assessments within said Rainbow Tract shall each be reduced in an amount equal to $865.00 per parcel.
