RESOLUTION NO. 2676-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY AGENCY
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE
WATER ENTERPRISE FUND FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1998-99
WHEREAS, on May 4, 1998, the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District held a Public Hearing and exhibits of the Water Enterprise Fund Budget
for the Fiscal Year 1998-99 were made public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors that:
The attached budget in the amount of $8,495,762 is adopted for the Fiscal Year
beginning July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 1999.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 21 st day of May, 1998 by
