RESOLUTION NO. 2672-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY AGENCY
AUTHORIZING MCFARLANE, TAYLOR, ANDIOR
HENDERSON TO INSTITUTE STOP PAYMENT ORDERS
SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION 2615
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District that Rhonda McFarlane, Chief Financial Officer, Kathryn Taylor, Accounting
Manager, andlor Deborah Henderson, Accounting Technician, are authorized to
institute Stop Payment Orders by telephone or in person.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this authorization remain in full force
until the Board gives written notice to the contrary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 19th day of March, by the
