A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY AGENCY
AUTHORIZING DEBORAH HENDERSON TO
PERFORM FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 2601
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, that Deborah Henderson, Accounting Technician, is authorized to perform the
