RESOLUTION NO. 2632
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ADOPTING THE SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND APPROPRIATIONS
SUBJECT TO LIMITATION AND PROCEEDS OF TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1996-97
WHEREAS, the people of the State of California have elected to approve Constitutional
Amendment XIIIB, and the Legislature of the State of California has voted to adopt Senate Bill No.
1352, which implements Constitutional Amendment XIIIB, setting the method of computing annual
appropriations subject to limitation of local non-residential construction and population; and
WHEREAS, the Directors selected the change in per capita personal income; and
WHEREAS, such legislation sets the base year for this computation as Fiscal Year 1978-79;

11 WHEREAS, such legislation requires documentation setting such appropriation limitations
shall be available to the public fifteen days prior to the adoption of this resolution; and
WHEREAS, on May 31, 1996, such documentation was made public;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT does find and declare that the appropriations subject to limitation for the Fiscal Year
1996-97 are: $29,408,834; and that for Fiscal Year 1996-97, the proceeds of taxes as defined
in the enabling statues are: $3,064,000; and that the increase in proceeds of taxes over the
18 appropriations subject to limitations is: $-0-.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
20 South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 20th day of June, 1996 by the following vote:
