RESOLUTION NO. 2630
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
WHEREAS,
GENE EPPLER
has served 28 years for the South Tahoe Public Utility District; and
WHEREAS, during his term of employment he served as the Land
Application Manager for the Alpine County Facilities since 1981; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure he was responsible for the development,
operation, and maintenance of the Alpine County reservoirs and irrigation systems as
11 they are established today; and

WHEREAS, GENE EPPLER through his efforts also initiated the Fallen Leaf
13 Lake sewer system, and oversaw the replacement of a one-mile section of the B-Line in
14 a one-week period;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Tahoe Public Utility
16 District does hereby express its deep appreciation to GENE EPPLER for his many hours
17 of public service to the people of South Lake Tahoe and Alpine County.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
19 Public Utility District at a duly held Regular Meeting on the 6th day of June, 1996.
