RESOLUTION NO. 2627
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE
SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1 996-97
6 WHEREAS, on May 2, 1996 the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
7 Utility District held a Public Hearing and exhibits of the Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget for
8 the Fiscal Year 1996-97 were made public.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors that:
10 The attached budget in the amount of $22,700,185 is adopted for the Fiscal Year
11 beginning July 1, 1996 and ending June 30, 1997.
12 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors
13 of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 16th day of May, 1996 by the following
14 vote:
